Establishment of reserve account

The City of Mandurah proposes to create a new reserve titled Cash in Lieu Public Open Space for the purpose of contributions received as cash in lieu of open space contributions to be placed in this reserve for future use.

One month’s notice of this intention is given as required by the Local Government Act 1995
